| GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR CAR RENTAL COMPANY | |

| ●The car rental company will be advised for any required car reservation and will be quarantine to | | |
| provide the client with the model of car specified on the reservation, except in the case of | | | |
| excessive demand when a car of similar or superior class will be offered. | | | |
| ●In the case of breakdown due to the mechanical fault or wear and tear, the client will be provide | | |
| the soonest possible with same type of car or another superior category. | | | |
| ●Any loss of car usage due to the mechanical failures (excluding those caused by the client ), will | | | |
| be added to the renting period at no extra charge to the customer. | | |
| ●The rental company quarantine that all cars are fully checked, serviced and cleaned prior to | | | |
| delivery and they comply with road map. | | |

| GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE DRIVERS | |

| ●Minimum years of driving experience is 1 (one ) years. | | |
| ●Minimum age for the driver is 21 years old. | | |
| ●International license is accepted. | | |

| INCLUDED IN THE RATES QUOTED ARE : | |

| ●Government taxes , services charges and any other charges. | | |
| ●Insurance, comprising unlimited public liability, damages or injuries to third parties, up to 90.000 € | | |
| for property damages and up to 500.000 € for death or injury, protection against theft and fire, | | |
| undercarriage and windshield breakage’s, as a result of accident only and collision damages | | |
| waiver (C.D.W.) | | |
| ●Delivery and collection vehicle to/from airport or client’s accomodation , in the office hours 08:00 | | | |
| to 21:00 in all the island. | | | |
| ●Unlimited mileage. | | | |
| ●Cars cots, sun roofs, roof racks,child seats and second driver ( on request ). | | |
